You can find some scruffian stooping at your place of work if you work in a supernaturally themed business. This includes SAI or OOPARTS, but isn't limited to that. He can also be found in the DA or local library, pouring over newspaper articles and history books.

He seems like he's trying to make conversation, but is waaaaay too awkward to know how to approach something.

I've not dueled professionally in a while, but er... I appreciate the compliment!

"Um... Yeah. I'm from an... alternate timeline, I guess? Maybe even alternate reality, depending. It, uh. I guess the best way to put it is that my classmate is Wakahisa Noriko and some of the people who're in school now are my teachers there?"

He sits down, composing himself.

"I, uh... Well. They believed me on campus, so I've at least got room and board.

I'm worried about like... Other people like me, I guess? I've heard of at least one other case like mine and I don't think it's... good."

Which 'other case' was this, out of curiosity?

"A friend of mine was talking about... Another person? Oh, I can't think of her name right now. Some lady who ended up merging with her alter into one person. Tsu... something? Tsurugi?"

Hmn. I do know someone else who had an encounter with an alternate reality version of themselves too. A neighbour of mine.

I didn't realise there had been such a influx of these encounters.

What do you remember, before you wound up in this reality? Anything specific?

"I was hanging out with my friends and went to skip class and ended up in a blank void. An ominous voice told me I had to defeat my alternate or I'd fade away.

It's in our student handbook at my DA to not trust ominous nowhere voices, so I just re-enrolled here to have a place to stay. I ain't even met my alternate, so I think it was blowing smoke or I somehow ended up more stable than the others..."

Well, first of all, if you hear that ominous voice again, let me know.

Second of all... *He gives a small frown.* ... although I know alternate realities exist, I'm not really very knowledgeable in them, so if you're looking to be sent back to where you came from, I sadly won't have the answer to that.
I can ask around, or look into it, but I can't promise that I'll find a way.

Other than that, it looks like you've been able to settle yourself here, so carry on with that for the time being and if you need any extra support living in this reality, I'll try and give it to you.

Um... If I find anymore, can I try and send them your way? I think it may be dangerous to have people fuse, since I reacted so badly to it, and I got a real good intuition on the kinda things that'll be bad for me.

"... I couldn't figure out which one was my favorite, so it's just kinda... all of them."

*Juudai blinks at the cards. He wasn't kidding when he said 'all' of his Masked Hero cards.

Giving out a small laugh, he grabs a pen.*

I guess I better get signing then!
